Baltimore Museum of Art

Beginning with its late 19th century origins up to its current widespread popularity, the museum showcases the spirit of electric tattoo art and also acts as a fully functioning tattoo studio.

Geppi’s Entertainment Museum


Geppi’s Entertainment Museum showcases the evolution of American pop culture from the 17
th century to present day. Geppi’s features a collection of over 6,000 pieces of memorabilia and artifacts including newspapers, magazines, toys, movie posters, figurines, comic books and more. The museum also contains standing galleries dedicated to different eras of pop culture and showcases temporary exhibits such asStar Warsand “Baltimore Heroes.” 

Maryland Science Center

The Maryland Science Center is one of the oldest scientific organizations in the nation with beginnings as early as 1797. The institution includes a planetarium, an IMAX theater, a science lab and many other incredible exhibits such as “Newton’s Alley” and “Dinosaur Mysteries.” The Maryland Science Center is a great place for kids and adults and won a 2006 “Best of Baltimore” award for “Best Place to Take Kids” as well as a mention inParent’s Magazineas one of the “10 Best Science Centers for Families.”

The Walters Art Museum

The Walters Art Museum has a diverse collection of over 35,000 objects from medieval suits of armor to ancient Egyptian mummy masks to turn of the century art deco styles. The art is divided into galleries which attempt to replicate the original state in which each work of art was displayed in order to create insight and a rewarding experience for visitors.
