Despite A Change In Plans, We’re Still Giving Thanks For 2020 Monday Nov 09, 2020

Despite A Change In Plans, We’re Still Giving Thanks For 2020The management at Advance Relocation Systems sends you heartfelt Thanksgiving wishes. While this year has presented many challenges for us, we are thankful that we have so far survived 2020 and the pandemic. Unfortunately, many families across the world have lost loved ones due to COVID-19 so it’s important for us to express gratitude for all of the things we still have, whether small or large.

We are thankful that all of our employees, most of whom have been with us a very long time, easily adapted to the numerous changes that have taken effect in the last 6-7 months, especially since so much of what we were facing was unknown. Historically, our country has always been able to have the right answers based on the information available to us but in these times the information and answers didn’t exist or weren’t known for sure. Dalton Conklin, President of  Advance Relocation Systems, admitted that this year has probably been his most challenging issue to deal with in a 40+ year career.

To our clients, we are very thankful that you stuck by us, supported us the best you could, and provided us with the business that allowed us to survive. Like any business, especially in the service industry, we only exist because certain individuals and clients choose to do business with us. We believe that we’ve earned the trust of our clients by providing the high level of quality service that we do provide as an organization, which goes back to the quality of our employees and all the individuals that are part of this organization.

Despite all of the uncertainty and not knowing what tomorrow would bring, we were able to work through the pandemic and quarantines that were put in place and all of the other nuances that didn’t exist ever in the history of mankind. We feel that our level of service did not diminish even as we put systems in place to preserve safety like having staff work remotely. We managed to quickly come up with solutions to whatever the problem may have been so it was transparent to the client and we got the job one the way it needed to be done.

While we still don’t know what’s in store for the next year, we hope that we are on the downward end of this pandemic. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your loved ones. Stay safe, wash your hands, and mask up!
