Giving Back Is A Part Of Our Journey At Advance Relocation Systems Tuesday Sep 16, 2025

At Advance Relocation Systems, we are proud to support the communities we serve — not just through expert relocation, but also through meaningful outreach efforts. One of the partnerships we are honored to be a part of is with Move For Hunger, a non-profit organization that transforms moving into an opportunity to feed people who need assistance. Our collaboration with Move For Hunger has expanded over the years, reinforcing our commitment to making a difference, even beyond the moving industry.

 

Partners With a Purpose

We teamed up with the Harford Realtor’s Association to collect food donations from local realtors. Donation bags were provided by Move For Hunger and distributed through the Realtor’s Association to collect non-perishable food items from their clients who are relocating. So far this year, we have successfully collected more than 200 pounds of food, which went directly to Tabitha’s House, a local organization dedicated to helping families in need.  

 

Supporting Tabitha’s House 

We chose Tabitha’s House as the recipient of this food drive because of their incredible commitment to serving the community. Beyond food assistance, they offer clothing, household goods, toys and vital support through a full-service outreach program and a thrift store. Tabitha’s House programs support individuals and families facing hardships. With our collaboration, we are proud to play a small role in furthering their mission. 

 

Recognized for Our Impact 

Our journey with Move For Hunger started in 2013 and continues to grow. We collect and transport canned and non-perishable food items to food pantries that help to feed thousands of homeless and hungry Americans. In 2024, we contributed more than ever before. Thanks to these efforts, we were honored to be named Mover of the Month for September 2024 — a recognition that highlights our ongoing commitment to fighting food insecurity in our communities.

Through our partnership with Move for Hunger and support for organizations like Tabitha’s House, Advance Relocation Systems remains dedicated to using our resources and network to help those who need it most.
