Logistics In Action: ARS Delivers For The Girl Scout Community Tuesday Mar 24, 2026

At Advance Relocation Systems, we take pride in stepping up when the stakes are high and the timelines are tight. This past season, in partnership with Atlas Logistics Inc., we had the honor of leading the Girl Scout cookie distribution project across Central Maryland — and what unfolded over the next 3 months is exactly the kind of work that defines who we are.

 

Getting Up To Speed — Fast

From the moment we received the assignment, we moved with excitement and urgency. Full inventory was received within just 10 days, allowing us to open depot operations immediately and get product moving without delay. In our first week of distribution, we delivered approximately 40,000 cases — setting the tone for the high-performance operation that followed.

Executing At Scale 

Over the course of the project, our team handled over 67,000 total cases — nearly 500,000 pounds of Girl Scout Cookies — distributed across Central Maryland. We adhered to strict compliance with all defined delivery timeframes, navigated region-wide routing efficiently and carefully coordinated around volunteer schedules to ensure smooth service at every stop. All of this was made possible due to detailed planning, disciplined execution and a team that refuses to cut corners.
