Dalton started his journey in the family business, Advance Relocation Systems, in 1973 at the tender age of 15.
Charlene joined Advance Relocation Systems in 1985 in a clerical support position.
Michele started with Advance Relocation Systems in 1990.
For the past 30 years, Dalton has been the owner, President, and General Manager of Advance Relocation Systems.
For the past 32 years, Charlene has held every support position within the company in departments such as Accounting, Customer Service, and Dispatch.
She has spent her entire career with us in an Accounting Position handling our Financial Statements, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.

Dalton started his journey in the family business, Advance Relocation Systems, in 1973 at the tender age of 15. He started off working jobs in the warehouse and as a helper on the trucks. Shortly after this, in 1976, Dalton obtained his “Class A” license and became a driver for the company. For the next 11 years, Dalton worked in all capacities of the business, subsequently purchasing the company from his father in 1987. For the past 30 years, Dalton has been the owner, President, and General Manager of Advance Relocation Systems.

Charlene joined Advance Relocation Systems in 1985 in a clerical support position. For the past 32 years, Charlene has held every support position within the company in departments such as Accounting, Customer Service, and Dispatch. Charlene’s focus as Senior Vice President are in the Accounting and Customer Service departments.

Michele started with Advance Relocation Systems in 1990. She has spent her entire career with us in an Accounting Position handling our Financial Statements, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
Krysta started with the company as a packer in 2003. Two years later, after obtaining her Associates Degree in Business Management, Krysta accepted a clerical position in Administration. Over the course of the next nine years, Krysta held every administrative position within the company, and was promoted to Administration Manager in 2014. Krysta is also the coordinator for our company’s commitment to the Susan G. Komen Organization.

Samantha started her career with Advance Relocation Systems in 2016 in the position of Dispatch Support Clerk. Her primary responsibilities are to manage the fine details and daily coordination between Operations, our clients, and the Advance Relocation Systems extensive Driver Fleet. Samantha has been tasked with the Quality Management of our Information Technologies, and the Customer Service Quality delivered by our Hauling Fleet. Under her supervision, Advance Relocation Systems has met and exceeded all quality goals.

Amberly began her career with Advance Relocation Systems in 2011 in an Operations Clerical Support position. In 2016, she was promoted to the Local Operations Management position. Her duties include the coordination of all local operations and dispatch. Amberly has been a key individual in many major projects over the years, and her attention to detail has helped Advance Relocation Systems achieve success with these large projects.

Ann started with the company in 2016 in the position of HHG Customer Service. She currently manages Customer Service for all major corporate clients for Advance Relocation Systems. Ann is an AMSA Certified Moving Consultant, and has been in the household goods industry for 20 years.

Jody joined Advance Relocation Systems in 1998, and her primary duties for the past 19 years have been Customer Service support for our Special Products and High Value Commodity Clients. Jody manages the day to day support between our Special Products customers and Advance Relocation Systems hauling fleet. Jody received a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Towson University, and has completed a D.O.T. HAZMAT and Health Safety and Training Course.

Sheri joined the company in 2015 in Special Products Customer Service. Sheri has 22 years of experience in the Logistical Transportation Industry. She has held numerous positions in the industry including Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Project Management, and Customer Service. Sheri attended Harford Community College, and Towson University.

Tanya joined Advance Relocation System in 2007, and has been in the position of Fine Art Transportation Customer Service ever since. Tanya has over 20 years of customer service experience in the Special Products Transportation industry, with the majority of those years working with Fine Art and Museum clients.

David Hillemann joined Advance Relocation Systems in 2007 and has been primarily focused on developing new business for our company. David has over 30 years of industry experience which includes 13 years as an over-the-road owner operator driver, and 21 years in sales and marketing. David has won numerous Customer Service Awards over the years, including the Presidents Club Award for 20 out of the past 21 years. He is a member of the American Alliance of Museums, and the Association of Registrar and Collection Specialists, in addition to completing the Sandler Sales Training by Conquest. David’s primary focus is on the Fine Art and Museum transportation business.

Sandy joined Advance Relocation Systems in 2005, and has spent her entire tenure with us in Private Client Sales. Sandy has 28 years of household goods industry experience. Sandy obtained a Bachelor of Science, Business and Marketing Degree from the University of Baltimore. Her certifications, organizations, and affiliations include AMSA Certified Moving Consultant, the Moving Industries National Trade Association, Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, and Women's Council of Realtors.
Michelle Green started her career with Advance Relocation Systems in 2014, and has over 30 years of industry experience in Customer Service, Customer Service Management, Project Management, and Sales. Her certifications and education include Dale Carnegie Sales Training, Women in Leadership Training, and International Office Moving Institute Certification in Sales. Michelle has managed many large office and industrial moves during her extensive career.
Bryan started his career with Advance Relocation Systems in 1997 as a Truck and Warehouse Helper. In a short period of time, Bryan became an independent contractor driver for us and provided superior moving services to our clients for many years. Three years ago, he moved into Private Client Sales. His experience as a driver in the field offer him a unique insight into the demands of each and every move.
Milton started with Advance Relocation Systems in 2016, in the position of Private Client Sales. Milton has over 30 years of household moving experience. He is an AMSA Certified Moving Consultant.
