The Journey Of Samantha Udzinski, Our Director Of Operations Wednesday May 01, 2024

With dedication and discipline, Samantha Udzinski has been nurturing the growth of Advance Relocation Systems for eight years now. Her systematic handling of daily moving operations is highly valued by our company and clients. 

Samantha planned to serve our country and enrolled in the U.S. Air Force ROTC program, studying to be a tactical advisor. However, her plans were derailed. She was injured during training and had to come up with a plan B. She went on to complete her degree and was looking forward to applying everything she learned during military training to a career. Advance Relocation Systems offered Samantha that exact opportunity and she has continued with us since 2016. 

Her primary responsibilities are to manage the fine details and daily coordination between Operations, our clients and the extensive Advance Relocation Systems Driver Fleet. She is also responsible for quality management of our Information Technologies, Customer Service and testing with the Transport Security Administration (TSA).   

Our principal focus is on delivering quality and ensuring customer satisfaction. These factors give Advance Relocation Systems an edge over our competitors. Samantha’s words do a wonderful job of capturing the essence of what our team believes in, “What's valuable to you is what's valuable to us.”

“My family is spread out around the country, from coast to coast, but I love them dearly. I married my best friend of 15 years in 2022 with a dream wedding in the Bahamas, where we spent a month celebrating with family and friends. I love to travel with my husband, and go hiking and adventuring with my mother, who instilled in me a love of the outdoors. I tend to my many herbs and flowers and do embroidery when I have the time, “ Samantha added.
