Spotlighting The People Behind The Moves — Nicolle Barbour Tuesday Jun 09, 2026

At Advance Relocation Systems, our team members are the driving force behind the service and reliability our clients expect. This month, we’re pleased to highlight Nicolle “Nikki” Barbour, whose experience, positivity and professionalism make her a valued part of the ARS team. She returned to our team in 2025 as the Sales and Marketing expert. A year later, we can absolutely say that the decision to bring her home was the best.

She Hit The Ground Running

From day one, Nikki brought energy, focus and a client-first mindset that set the pace for everything she did. Whether it's a complex international move or a last-minute interstate relocation, Nikki approaches every challenge the same way — with an aim to getting it right. She has quickly become a go-to resource for clients trying to understand the details of relocation. Her ability to understand the unique needs of our clients, communicate easily and follow through — every single time — has earned her the trust of clients and team alike. That kind of consistency doesn't go unnoticed.

What's Next

As ARS continues to grow, Nikki is a big part of what's ahead. She's helping shape how we serve clients, streamline communication and deliver an experience that keeps people coming back. Her collaborative mindset and proactive approach support our commitment to maintaining high service standards. We’re glad to have her as part of the team and look forward to the positive contributions she will continue to bring to ARS and the clients we serve.

Beyond the Office

When Nikki isn't helping clients navigate their next big move, she's pouring that same energy into the things she loves most. She's a dedicated animal advocate, a passionate home cook and a music lover who knows how to unwind after a long week. Travel is close to her heart — which makes sense for someone who has spent a career helping others get from point A to point B. She's also a devoted family person who brings that same loyalty and warmth to every client relationship she builds. At ARS, we don't just hire skill sets — we hire people and Nikki is proof of exactly that.
